If so, that really sucks. I tried to place an order and it wasn't an option.

EDIT: I emailed them and they're processor is down. Will be back at some point..

Will it be financially viable for you guys to sell via bitcoin, longterm? Or is this a good time to stock up on the stuff that I actually need?

Since we went through this same thing with Ceretropic last year, I have been prepared for it to happen again with ND. So financially we are perfectly fine, and can weather this storm no problem. It's not like we are going to shut down because of this. In fact, I still hired two new people yesterday. We'll get a new processor, even if it is offshore, and get Echeck better integrated. However, I cannot guarantee that everything we offer now will continue to be offered going forward. We might have to drop some things. In fact, I guarantee that we will drop certain things at some point. It's just a matter of when.
We've been diversifying our business for the past year, and are making some big changes soon, to better ensure our long-term stability. So while us as a team will be fine, we may look pretty different in a years time. We just have to stay flexible, and roll with the punches.
