Ganoderma lucidum (Red Reishi)

I see plenty of anecdotal reports that this is excellent for anxiety and mood. Any actual information on this mechanism seems sparse. There's plenty of information on it's interaction with the immune system.

I took it for a few weeks and did seem to notice an improvement in mood. I'm wondering what effects Red Reishi could have on neurotransmitters. Mushrooms are still very new to me but they have me interested.

Seems like a good addition to a stimulant stack. That last source was interesting. I wonder if it would reduce the effectiveness of psychedelics. Have you tried it yourself?

Reishi? Yes, I have tried it a lot; both our 1:1 and 4:1 extracts, along with a 16:1 as well. I have not tried it with psychedelics, though.

Red reishi extract, increasing wellness.

Which extract did you take? Reishi can get super calming if you do it right. Our supercritical CO2 extract of reishi spore oil is something else. So calming. Feels like no other reishi.
