So, has this happened to anyone before? Is this... okay to use? I thought it was the gel cool packet but it's def. not leaking. Also of note. I live in the south and it is hot as fuck. The package it came in was extremely toasty, as was the gel pack... I'm thinking ordering this stuff when it's this hot just isn't feasible. Oh well. I'm mostly concerned with the liquid on the outside of the bottle. It doesn't appear to be leaking or broke from what I can tell though. Any advice here?
edit: I'm also purposefully not mentioning the supplier because it's not important; they are trusted and reliable with good customer service. Most of you know who it is I'm sure, but I don't want to mislead others who don't know. :)

This is so cool, but honestly I worry that this is an industry that is at such a risk of being clamped down on. Are you sure you're on safe legal ground? We don't want - especially you guys - to get shut down!

It's actually more legally defensible than premade nasal sprays. Most of the other vendors are at much higher risk for FDA involvement, because they are actively marketing drugs as supplements, and giving dosage and effect information. We have very clear statements regarding our products, and never use the word "supplement" or "dose" on non-approved substances. Look at Chaos and Pain. They are labeling SARMs as dietary supplements, while also giving dosage and effect information. That is just stupid. New vendors pop up every day, putting non-approved drugs in their dietary supplement blends, with dosing and effect instructions. Those dosing and effect claims are going to be the first thing the FDA clamps down on.
We've done a lot of due diligence on the legalities of what we are doing, and have consulted with lawyers on the specifics of everything. I also have backup plans in place, in case things start to turn south. We've already had to fight a few battles in the background, that I never clued most people into. It's an ongoing concern, but one that we are constantly working to ensure never affects our operations.
