I'm just wondering what the benefits of super vitamin B12 are. Does anyone know how it is administered and how much of it should be consumed? Also, would this be beneficial to an average 18 year old?

hey /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb - a question about B12.
I'm plant based, so I need to deliver B12 from the outside sources. I take a multivitamin pill, 1 pill per day - 50µg of B12. My B123 bloodwork is in the middle of the scale. I do exercise a lot. Do you think that your B12 would benefit more than a pill? How much of it get's absorbed (I've noticed that each ml is .1mg of B12, which is 20 times more than the pill).

Sure, it would help more than most pills. Ours is methylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin, which are not normally in pills. Most of the time you will see the cheaper cyanocobalamin, which is not the most effective type of B12. Our Super B12 solution is going to be a lot more fast-acting and bioavailable.
