I'm just wondering what the benefits of super vitamin B12 are. Does anyone know how it is administered and how much of it should be consumed? Also, would this be beneficial to an average 18 year old?

My blood test revealed that my B12 is slightly high (above reference range), what is the problem with that? Getting my 23andMe results back soon so we'll see if I have a methylation issue.

Slightly high just means you are either taking too much, or just do not need to supplement. If it was very high, then your doctor might try to determine why.
