PSA: Mods of /r/Nootropics Censoring Comments

Hi Everyone,
I'm a regular in this subreddit, as well as a few other related subreddits. Recently I've discovered some concerning behavior (censorship) from the mods, that I think is very dangerous to this community. Let me give you an overview of what happened:
1. I create a throwaway account (/u/savorysalamander) (for account cycling), which I do occasionally do to prevent one single account from having too much personably identifiable information avaliable. Obviously IPs are consistent with my other accounts if I don't use a proxy, but this at least makes it more difficult for ordinary Reddit users to DOX.
2. I posted a few comments on this thread, disagreeing with the mods as many other users did in the thread. Nothing inflamatory was posted, and none of my comments broke any rules.
3. The mods deleted my comments. They show up in my profile but not the actual thread.
It doesn't take much thought to realize why this is incredibly dangerous for /r/nootropics users, regardless of whether or not you agree with my comments…

He intentionally did not approve my comments because he disagreed with them. AND THIS POST WAS DELETED but reinstated after I called it out in my mod message. An old account. Did the automod catch this one too? No, this is complete BS. You're either lying or uninformed about the censorship going on.
Also, in response to my "conspiracy" theory (which isn't so far out): Since you do have financial incentives to control the content of this sub, why wouldn't other mods? You'd be stupid and naive to think otherwise. Yes, I was upset that my post was censored, and sure there probably isn't a conspiracy going on in this case. But when you get silenced and censored, it feels shitty and your brain starts to wonder why. Surely the mods running such an important subreddit wouldn't be so immature to censor differing opinions? Wrong, /u/zc2 would be.
Just one last thing, and I'll leave you guys alone: Imagine that I didn't read your comment above. Imagine all that time you spend typing it up was wasted because the mod didn't like your opinion. I never read it. Imagine that you were censored for no reason. Feels pretty shitty right? Might make you upset too. I have no problem with people disagreeing…

ZC2 did not remove your post. The automoderator did. It could be because of a word or combination of words you used. It does not tell me the exact reason. However, I did look in the automod config file, and you are not listed in there. So it is not deleting things specifically from you. It's seeing something you are writing, and not liking it. ZC2 approved your post after he saw it, though. Nothing was censored.

They don't. Unless you have evidence otherwise, you are making things up to suit what you want people to think. We all discussing things very openly via modmail. There is no shady conspiracy going on.

Had you posted your comment on your main account, and not a 1 day old one, none of this would have happened. Our rules are in place to prevent the sub descending into anarchy. You don't see the countless posts from accounts trying to link people to porn sites, or vendors pretending to be customers that just stumbled on a product, or people trying to post personal information about others, or modafinil vendors trying to get people to go to their site, or the countless other things that are filtered out so that you don't have to worry about them. It's not censorship. That is trying to run a sub in an organized fashion. I'm sorry you felt silenced, but it was because you made a new account, not because anyone disagreed with you. He did not immediately approve the comment because it was a bran new account already buried underneath a downvoted comment. Nowhere did ZC2 say he did not approve it right away because he disagreed with you.

Good thing that did not happen, then. It's all in your head. Nobody silenced you because they disagreed with you. You feel shitty because you automatically jumped to that conclusion. Then you got immediately hostile, and started making wild accusations. The way you are feeling right now is due to your actions, and yours alone.
Your whole post was insane accusational bullshit with no basis in reality. I am the only one that runs a vendor, and you felt the need to say things like: "You're drug peddlers selling untested research chemicals." or "If you keep censoring me I'll start a shit storm that won't be fun to deal with." or calling me stupid and naive. Get off your high horse, and stop being such a fucking asshole. People will be nicer to you if you do not attack them, and make up wild claims about them and insult them. Imagine if I called you a fucking stupid naive drug peddling corrupt censoring idiot, who silences their competition to get ahead. Feels pretty shitty right? Might make you upset too. I have no problem with people disagreeing with my opinions, it happens all the time. But make things up about me, and I'm going to get pissed.
