What compares to Fasoracetam in terms of anxiety and mood uplift?

Fasoracetam is the first racetam I've tried and I've been taking to for a month now along with alpha gpc and prescribed adderall.
I want to know if anyone has experienced Fasoracetam and other nootropics and found something similar but better.
I've noticed Faso makes me sorta more happy, and reduces the edge to adderall, also it almost seems like it gives me energy or motivation after a good nights sleep.
These effects are sort of subtle and short lived (like 2-3 hours, plus like almost a better rest of the day "glow" after it wears off) though and Faso is quite expensive.
So anyone have something similar? Would another racetam be the next best choice? Or is there something better?

Isn't ethanol GABA A agonist?
So Fasoracetam decrease glutamate overall?

Yeah, ethanol is a GABAa agonist. However, GABAb agonists can lead to memory deficits too. GHB is a GABA agonist at the GHB binding site, and can also cause memory issues. Muscimol is a potent GABAa agonist, and has strong memory interactions.
I do not think Fasoracetam affects glutamate levels at all. It binds to the metatropic metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGluR), and affects downstream mechansims.
