NA Semax Amidate extremely hot upon arrival, no effect when used (very bad experience)

I recently ordered N-Acetyl Semax amidate spray 300mcg with temperature controlled packaging. I shipped my package with fedex using ~3 day shipping(to California) and once I received my package it was the same temperature as the concrete outside. The gel icepack was completely melted and HOT as well! I decided to try it for a few days hoping it will still work. After trying 5 sprays per nostril, keeping it refrigerated and even away from visible light I saw absolutely no effect! I even notice effect from taking something like Piracetam, and I would say that's about as subtle as it gets, but this was no better than spraying water in my nose. This wasn't exactly cheap and I'm highly dissapointed with this order. Fair warning to others considering buying.

We don't offer FedEx shipping. Did you mean UPS? Did the delivery person leave the package on the hot concrete outside your house?
