Is there any evidence that Soya Lecithin contains phytoestrogens?

I use Soy Lecithin as a choline source for the suggested benefit with Racetams. In the past I've read case studies of men who have developed gynecomastia and other issues as a result of consuming soy products. Is it possible that these soy-derived supplements contain phytoestrogens in significant amounts?

Sometimes I can't either. Haha
But no, I don't really take Raloxifene with my soy milk.
