Semax: long-term side effects

Original post in this thread

People who have taken Semax for an extended period of time (5 years or longer) have you noticed any long term side effects? Or does anyone have links to studies that show long term side effects?

Do you have a combo of supplements that you find best for reading large amounts of technical material?

I can tell you what works for me personally. I find taking PRL-8-53, Pramiracetam, and a small dose of Unifiram, to be very effective at memorization of large amounts of data. Usually I'll add Semax to that as well. Nasal Noopept works instead of Semax too.

I find Noopept and Pramiracetam are great for that sort of thing. Semax goes well with them as well. It really depends on the person, too. What works best for one's own brain chemistry varies.

Nefiracetam Day 1

I just received my order of nefiracetam from Newstarnootropics. I weighed out 100mg and decided to do a sublingual test. It is soluble in water, but not very much. This, mixed with the fact that the taste is not as palat

What hasn't worked for you

Replying to mind_in_a_box · So far, nothing worked for me. l-tyrosine, l-theanine, noopept, aniracetam, pramiracetam, oxiracetam. yes, I took a choline source with the racetams. first alpha gpc, then bitart

Try something other than a racetam. I barely use racetams anymore. There are a lot more effective things out there.

Powder City hooked me up

Replying to otistoole · > Remember that kratom is not a nootropic, and should be suggested with care. No need to remind me, I offered more than one caveat in my post, and wouldn't have even suggested it

My comment was more for everyone else reading. You have to remember that a lot of people come here who are just starting out, and might see kratom being mentioned on a nootropics subreddit, then automatically consider it
