Do you have to keep Semax refrigerated all the time?

I just ordered a bottle of Semax spray 300mg. Do I have to keep it refrigerated all the time? How do I apply the spray to my nose? What is the normal dose to use? Thanks.

I would. They are most stable in the fridge. If your room temp is around 70*F, then it should be stable. Just don't set it sit out in hot temps. Summer is coming, so it's best to be safe and store them in the fridge when not using them.
