What qualifies as good ashwagandha? I saw ND put up two kinds, not sure what the differences are. Thus far I've been using Powder City's ashwagandha.

We have 3 kinds, actually. The one that works the best varies from person to person. For me, KSM-66 is bar none the best out there. Ixoreal actually contacted me to get us to start carrying it, and hounded me to do back-to-back testing on it. When I finally did, I reacted much better to it than any other extract that I had tried. Some people do prefer the Sensoril or our regular Ashwagandha. However, I react the best to KSM-66.
