For most, but not the GMO. My point was that Piracetam capsules are obviously not going to contain shellfish or gluten, nor be genetically modified, but that does not stop people from asking all the time. So if you put it on the label, it reduces that support request load a lot. I could see many food companies putting the "no trans fat" label on there, just to prevent people from asking. It's less about them trying to trick people to sell to them, and more about trying to eliminate frequent questions.
Not that I don't think companies mess with labels to try and trick people. I'm just more aware about the crazy questions some people ask vendors. People read Food Babe, then go out trying to find what product of theirs secretly has GMOs or gluten. If they see the statement saying "no" on the label, it usually avoids the emails.
