Nootropic Depot just got 9 in today and I haven't heard of a single one of them.

Does anybody have any experience with them? Or better yet, any studies about effects? Are there some that are have been used for a longer time and others that are being used as a nootropic more recently?

I'm interested in where to start looking into this new stuff and all of my mushroom searches came up with Lions Mane.

What they were answering

I've heard this before. I want it to be true. But why does examine say the following?

If you suffer from an autoimmune disease (a disease in which your own immune system causes dysfunction in the body) do not use Ganoderma Lucidum; increasing the potency of your immune system is a bad idea if your immune system is attacking you...

My mom has discoid lupus.

Examine is a great source, but they also are more cautious with recommendations and concerns; for legal reasons.

Prevention of autoantibody formation and prolonged survival in New Zealand Black/New Zealand White F1 mice with an ancient Chinese herb, Ganoderma tsugae.

In this study, a controlled protocol was conducted in which New Zealand Black/White F1 mice were fed standard chow with prednisolone (0.5 mg/kg/day) or Ganoderma tsugae extract, commencing at 2 months of age. It was found that the F1 mice responded well to Ling Zhi extract. Ling Zhi improved the survival rate of lupus mice, decreased the amount of proteinuria, decreased serum levels of anti-dsDNA autoantibody, and showed evidence of decreased perivascular and parenchyma mononuclear cell infiltration in vital organs.

Here is a patent regarding it too:

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp
