Noopept Bioavailability for Pills?

I read that the bioavailability of Noopept is about 10%, if taken orally.
Does that mean, that my body receives just 10% from Noopept pills ~ 10mg?
That would be 1mg per pill?

The dosages will vary by ROA. I can say that nasally I only take 1.5mg-3mg, whereas I take 10mg sublingually, and 30-50mg orally. However, nasal gives me much better and faster effects than either sublingual or oral. It's very noticeable if you do back to back testing on all three ROAs.
