Not at all. Most of the racetams are not metabolized by CYP3A4. The only one that I know of that is a substrate for CYP3A4 is nefiracetam.

That was placebo. Piracetam is not metabolized by CYP3A4, or at all. Almost all of it is excreted unchanged in urine.

Caffeine is mostly metabolized by CYP1A2, but has some minor CYP3A4 activity. It probably won't make too much of a difference. http://www.pharmgkb.org/pathway/PA165884757
