I'm new to nootropics and was wondering where does MOST of it come form. I know it may be spread afew regions but where do the majority come from and for bonus points where are most being exported to?

Thanks for the info about the testing methods. It's helpful, and appreciated. I agree for the most part about a false sense of security about regulation. However, I do think that a healthy fear of punishment (e.g., fines, lawsuits) is what keeps most businesses in line most of the time. And in the end, while not designed, strictly speaking, to catch things before they affect consumers, that fear does foster accountability that usually achieves that end. Though imperfect, I get a little nervous when the rules and punishment are not explicitly present. Thanks again for the reply.

Ohh for sure, the fear of punishment does keep many in line. However, I feel that is a shitty justification for doing the right thing. Businesses should operate in a responsible and ethical manner because they want to, and because they care about the health and safety of their customers. It's easy for some people to dehumanize the situation, and treat business separately from personal life. However, it's still just an interaction with your fellow humans. The fact that your customers could be your friend or family member, and should be treated with the same respect, should be more apparent to businesses. Unfortunately there are many of unscrupulous people out there, and the fear of punishment is the only thing that motivates them to act properly. I like to think they are the minority, though.
