Nootropicsdepot vs. Peaknootropocs

Is one better than the other as far as quality? I've noticed that nootropics depot is substantially cheaper than peaknootropics. I've purchased both phenibut as well as adrafinil from nootropicsdepot and have been satisfied. I have also purchased noopept and aniracetam from peaknootropics and been satisfied as well. Just curious as to why there's such a difference in price.

Okay Mister, you win.
I went and looked at their COA on their website and it definately is from 2013. Why wouldn't they update that? Is testing that expensive?
I guess I should try a different brand, anyway. I've had a good experience with ND. Quick question, if I buy a 1kg tub of piracetam from ND, can I reasonably expect to finish it before it loses potency? Thanks in advance.

Testing can be expensive, but it is a necessity for vendors. Peak Nootropics did not do testing for a long time, and told us mods it was too expensive. Then they finally did some so we would put them on the /r/nootropics supplier list, but do not seem to have done any since. That's not cool, and not safe for the community. Bad batches come through all the time, even from trusted suppliers. Vendors have to catch that, or customers are putting their health at risk.
I spent a few hundred thousand dollars on our own in-house testing lab. It was a large upfront cost, but will save us money over time, and allow us to have much better control over QC processes. We do spot purity checks of things on our shelves now, and do extra testing before okaying lots to be put onto the shelf. We could not do that if we did not have our own equipment. It would be too expensive and logistically challenging. Plus, I like to have control over every process. I don't trust anyone else anymore. Plus this stuff is fun for me! I love having all this cool stuff at my fingertips.
Piracetam is very stable. You should be able to use it all. It just depends on how much you use, and how you store it. If you keep it sealed out of light and heat, it will remain potent for years. If you only use 800mg every so often, then 1kg might be a bit overkill. However, if you use it every day, then you will go through it.
