Nootropicsdepot vs. Peaknootropocs

Original post in this thread

Is one better than the other as far as quality? I've noticed that nootropics depot is substantially cheaper than peaknootropics. I've purchased both phenibut as well as adrafinil from nootropicsdepot and have been satisfied. I have also purchased noopept and aniracetam from peaknootropics and been satisfied as well. Just curious as to why there's such a difference in price.

Your pristine product gave the the courage to try 3g TID today, and it worked wonderfully for my lab practical! Nothing like getting to remember something because you read it once the day before.

Woah! That's, like, the 2nd raffle I've ever one anything in! :D

I'm looking at what you have for sale, and I have two questions...

* How does the R-alpha-lipoic acid compare to regular ALA?
* Are there other products in the works for a speedy release that I should be holding out for?

Currently considering the R-ALA and DL-Phenylalanine. I'm curious to see how D-phenylalanine might work with hordenine. (Heard of anyone trying that?)

I was surprised when your name came up too! Haha. We had a lot of sales on Black Friday, so it was crazy that your name was one that was picked.

* Our is the sodium salt of R-lipoic acid. Regular R-ALA is horribly bioavailable. It's even worse than racemic ALA, because it's meting point is 110*F. It's just not stable enough. The sodium salt stabilizes it, and make it reach much higher plasma levels than the other forms. S-ALA actually competes for absorption with R-ALA. That is why racemic is not ideal. It's more stable than R-ALA, but has an absorption bottleneck. Na-R-ALA is the best form of alpha lipoic acid out there.

* We have a lot of new things coming. Every 2 weeks new things are coming out on Nootropics Depot. We have 11 new capsules coming out in the next month and a half. We also have a bunch of new powders coming out as well. A whole line of medicinal mushroom powders is on the way too. In the next 2-3 months, I think we have ~50 new products going up. Next week is the next release. I think that's going to be magnesium glycinate, curcumin extract, and CoQ10. I might be able to get some of the mushroom extracts in by then too, but I am not sure yet.

I have heard of people using phenylethylamine with an MAOI like hordinine, but not D-phenylalanine. One is a releaser, while the other is a precursor. However, the MAOI actions of the hordinine might be potentiated a bit by the increased production of NE and DA.

That makes zero sense, which I am finding more and more with Life Extension products these past few years. Boron glycinate is already a complex of boron and glycine. It's a chelate, like magnesium glycinate, where the bo

I’m having a little trouble finding information about the safety of sucrosomial magnesium. Could someone help me out?
