The same thing has happened to me, using a credit card (with Chase), no solution has been reached.
I agree with the credit card processing page being a bit...strange, it seemed to reload about 3 times for me last time, and payment failed and fraud emails came in from Chase. I approved that it was indeed me...trying to buy from a "Women's Specialty Store"...but, again, it failed. So I cannot order from Ceretropic at the moment.
It's disappointing as I'm not trying to pay with Bitcoin. Would be nice if they integrated Paypal, or if I recall, they had an Amazon payment system before? I guess it's because they CANNOT, because of issues regarding what they sell.
Calling on /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb for input, as I HIGHLY recommend their products, but paying for them has caused me to not make a purchase from them in months. (And I have been out of Tianeptine Sodium, was in fact my last purchase problem, and am running low on sublingual Caffeine/NALT, L-Theanine (which I combo together, one on top the tongue and one under), Super B-12, AND Super Rhodiola. I have to say, I CAN'T imagine NOT (was that a double negative?) having daily use of these ¶_¶
Their support team is usually quite accommodating, as my last order was missing a container of Tianeptine Sodium, as I had ordered two 5mg (it seems now they limit it to 2 units anyways, probably because of abuse) since they were out of 10…

Email [email protected], and we will get you setup with an alternate method.
I would offer those options if I could. It's not that we don't want to offer them, or that we are not trying. Trust me, we are trying. The card processing industry just does not want to deal with what we are doing. It's frustrating and makes me very mad, but I can't do anything about it. I would not be using a solution that gives customers this many issues if it was not my only option.
