Kind of off topic, but don't use your debit card for any online purchase ever. You don't have the same protection against fraud with a debit card as you do with a credit card. Personally I wouldn't use debit for any purchase at all. Most banks cancel debit cards at even the slightest hint of fraud because they are directly tied to your bank account, unlike a credit card. With a credit card you can just dispute a fraudulent change. With a debit card you will often be personally liable for fraudulent charges. Go get a credit card of some kind, even a pre-paid one, before you really learn this lesson the hard way.

Capital One does not charge foreign currency fees on any of their cards either. So if you use a Capital One card on our current processor, you won't have any extra fees. Capital One is my go-to card company because of that. Some of their cards give you 2-3% cash back too. It's literally a win/win.
