This is not a small problem, and not something I find anywhere even close to acceptable. I know it is not acceptable. I just have no other choice at the moment. I have tried every single avenue out there. It's comical the amount of applications and discussions we have had with banks all over the world trying to get us back to normal. If you only knew the sheer amount. Staggering might be a better word.
My team is trying to handle this the best they can. I am not going to make excuses for it. It's my company, and this is my fault for not preparing for this. I know this is making many of our customers lives hard, and it makes me more upset than you know. Message me here, or ask for me via the support email, and I will get you taken care of. I will do everything in my power to make it right for you.
