This may be a silly question, but is there anything us Ceretropic fans can do to support you guys or help out?

At the moment, just bear with us for a little while. If you see someone freaking out about the current processing, just let them know the situation, and that we are working on it. We have a lot of customers saying they will never do business with us again; like this is something we are doing on purpose to inconvenience their day. All I ask is that people cut us a little slack while we work through this. If I could hand someone $10,000 in cash right now to get us back to normal, I would in a heartbeat. It's just not that simple.
