really love your site and appreciated all your hard work, but I could not process an order today due to credit card being rejected. Have seen this is a problem recently. Hope it is resolved soon!

This whole thing has been a complete mess. Literally everyone in the card processing industry is incompetent. We were approved by a new bank, and processed cards for two days. Then they shut us down again without warning. They are going to keep that money for a year, just to be safe. You know, because they can basically do anything they want. Very reasonable and professional response from them... Just hold on to that $35K for us. I'm sure you will make some money off it in that year.

Then one of our customers got us in touch with a merchant bank that he co-founded. We got the green light from the current president of the bank. I thought hey, that seems like a done deal! The president of the bank can push things through. NOPE. We have to go offshore with them, with all new terms, and a new company. We are getting that setup right now. It is just taking forever.

We have had other banks call and say they wanted to move forward. I was upfront with them about peptides being an issue in the US right now. They said it would not be a problem. Even the underwriters were cool. Then after a week they back out. We had another US bank tell us we were tentatively approved last night. It's in underwriting now. I fully expect them to give us the middle finger on Monday; as is tradition in the financial industry. We are up to 37 banks that have denied us now. I figure, hey, Colonel Sanders was denied hundreds of times with his chicken recipe. He kept pushing forward, though. What would Australia be today without KFC?

When people say they are going to do something these days, it does not mean shit. It seems people's word is meaningless. Don't want to do business with me? Fine, just tell me. Don't string me along for weeks. However, I am still pushing forward. We are trying every angle we can, and working day and night to get a solution. We have options that can come online very quickly. However, their terms are bordering on extortion. Perhaps I will have to accept being extorted by banks for the time being. They seem to really be good at that.

Sorry for the rant. This has just widdled down any semblance of patience I had. My team will get to your requests via [email protected] with alternative methods via gift certificate. We just have a ton of emails coming in. So it can take us a bit to get to you. We are working hard to rectify the issue, though. I will make it right with any and all of our customers. That is all that matters to me.

Paying without crypto

Replying to PookeySagan · Peptide companies have sidestepped these issues by using Venmo. Cheaper and more realisable than cryptocurrencies. This also allows for CC processing and it is very discreet.

As I was saying in my PM, that only works for low volumes, and only for so long. We have over 150,000 customers. Some of our orders used to be a few thousand dollars by themselves. We would be putting tens of thousands o
