Noticed that there might be a problem with the peptide.

there have been extensive safety studies on a modified form of selank which penetrates the bbb more effectively and more strongly resists degradation once in the cns? selank has an extensive history of human use?
fwiw, i appreciate your clarification in regard to your personal policies and apologize for the overly antagonistic nature of my first comment. otoh, it seems to me that there are a number of products currently being marketed - not just by your company - which are of questionable safety and/or which are questionably nootropic.
to expand on kyotaih's question above, why do you consider prolintane to be too dangerous to distribute?

Selank has a pretty extensive history of use in Russia, and has been used a lot by nootropics users in the US. It certainly needs more studies here in the US, though. The acetylation and amidation is just improving the pharmacodynamics of the parent peptide. While there are no safety studies on it specifically, it's a pretty standard modification to peptides.
I used to always argue the point you have been lately: that Nootropics should only be called that if they are proven to be extremely nontoxic or neuroprotective. However, I was constantly fought over it, with arguments on how words evolve and change, so I stopped pushing the distinction. I personally feel the term has utility, and blurring the lines does people a disservice. But people are going to take terms and modify their use whether I like it or not. However, if you think I can do a better job of labeling and categorizing the things that I sell, I am certainly willing to do it.
Prolintane felt very much like a pyrovalerone to me. It also has a lot of cases of abuse. The effect profile that I got just did not justify the risks with it. I also think the more widespread use it gets, the more likely it will be scheduled at some point.
