First Week on Semax

So I ordered Semax and had it delivered last week and started dosing pretty much immediately. I started on 1 spray of 200mcg Semax and noticed my vision seemed to be a bit better but outside of that not too many effects, maybe a slight lift in mood? At the same time I took Semax I also took Selank so I was attributing some of the effects of Selank to Semax, for those that are interested as to what Selank feels like I feel like the closet nootropic blend is Noopept and maybe some l-theanine mixed? But anyway back to Semax, I tried 200mcg the first day and noticed mild effects that were hardly discernible from placebo. I decided to stepped up the dosage to 400mcg the next day and notice what I can only describe as extreme anhedonia, so bad infact that I was concerned to take Semax again feeling extreme anhedonia for 8 - 12 hours is pretty crappy honestly, anyway on to the next day. Day 3 I opted to drop back down to 200mcg of Semax and 200mcg of Selank and all seemed well on both of them but the effects that I was experiencing were mostly from the Selank I believe. I got some pretty bad anhedonia as well, but while taking NA-Semax Amidate. Interestingly, the day after I stopped taking it, my anxiety became much more managable and I felt a kind of relief that I didn't know I could experience. I think the residual semax in my system enhanced my ability to recognize and shrug off my anxious tendencies. I just wasn't expecting it to happen immediately following that anhedonic episode.

That seems to be dosage related. People often find they have to lower their Semax dosage, especially the stronger ones like Amidate, to get the stimulation/focus effects. There is a lot of variability in dose/response with Semax. Some people have told me that only 50mcg is their sweet spot, while others like me use 600mcg.
