Mitigate effects of missing one night's sleep each week

New here, but hope to participate more going forward. Looking for a stack to mitigate effects of one nights' lost sleep per week.
Background: I work a job where, once a week, I need to be in until around 4am and then back at 8am the next day, so it's only possible to sleep for about three hours that night. Job isn't physically taxing, and there's an opportunity for a half-hour nap the day following missed sleep.
I'm nearly 30, have a few young kids, and lift at the gym three times a week. Slightly overweight but decently fit. Generally sleep 7-9 hours, though bad nights sometimes happen with the little ones that often mean at least one other rough night each week.
Modafinil is prescription only where I am so, alas, is off the table.
Tried: Here's what I've been doing, and how it's been working, so far.
Evening without sleep:
* Caffeine+L-Theanine 1:2 around 6pm. Works ok, but the L-Theanine doesn't mitigate the tightness from the caffeine as much as I'd like and caffeine still disrupts the ~3hrs of sleep I can get later.
* B vitamins (Swanson activated b complex)
* 9-Fluorenol 100mg around 8pm. Seems to help with clarity, though it's pricey for the benefits so I'…

I thought rosavins were inactive. Is this correct, /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb ?

Yes, inactive to the stimulation effects. It still has antioxidant effects, though. I actually find high rosavin extracts to make me sleepy.
