First Week on Semax

So I ordered Semax and had it delivered last week and started dosing pretty much immediately. I started on 1 spray of 200mcg Semax and noticed my vision seemed to be a bit better but outside of that not too many effects, maybe a slight lift in mood? At the same time I took Semax I also took Selank so I was attributing some of the effects of Selank to Semax, for those that are interested as to what Selank feels like I feel like the closet nootropic blend is Noopept and maybe some l-theanine mixed? But anyway back to Semax, I tried 200mcg the first day and noticed mild effects that were hardly discernible from placebo. I decided to stepped up the dosage to 400mcg the next day and notice what I can only describe as extreme anhedonia, so bad infact that I was concerned to take Semax again feeling extreme anhedonia for 8 - 12 hours is pretty crappy honestly, anyway on to the next day. Day 3 I opted to drop back down to 200mcg of Semax and 200mcg of Selank and all seemed well on both of them but the effects that I was experiencing were mostly from the Selank I believe. Now on to the fun part, I took 800mcg today based on the amount of Semax that was used in multiple studies and holy s*…

I would be very interested in the studies that you're trying to set up. What in particular would you guys be trying to test for? Would it be with the original peptide or your modified peptides?

We have a few ideas. One would be to do volunteer human testing with the various Semax versions, and see their effect on memory, spatial reasoning, reaction time, etc. Another would be to do animal studies on the various Semax versions. That would have to be done at UofA, since they have a better animal research department.
We are currently working with the Barrett Honors College at ASU, offering lab positions to chemistry, pharmacology, and biomedical engineering students. We have 7 of them hired already, and working on production right now. We are going to offer to sponsor some of their theses, and work with the professors there on research. So we are still in the initial stages of setting up how it is all going to work. However, I think it would be a very beneficial relationship between us and ASU.
