Just a warning to all of you. I ordered three jars of tianeptine off their site and they sent me one, and then refused to respond to emails. And the one I did get is very sub-par. Avoid these guys.

Chanel is great, always friendly and quick to respond to emails, I really doubt there was really anything to complain about in this case (except for the shipping mistake but he didn't even fill us in on whether that was resolved or not). Not like that Paul E. you had working for you, real joker that guy.

The picture of the packing slip had two of my guys sign off on the package, and both circled the "3" next to the jar amount. It seems very strange that both would circle the three in the amount field, but only have one in there. However, I am giving OP the benefit of the doubt that we messed up. My team is not perfect. However, our error rate is still below 1%. I think it is actually around .3% I would prefer no errors, but that is hard to accomplish without more automation.
