Is Ceretropic's Phenylpiracetam the racemic mix, or an isomer?

On examine, I read in the only study on healthy rats the racemic mixture, which is commonly sold, failed to outperform control. However, The R-isomer is what seems to have the strongest effects on cognition. Any idea what companies sell which kind? Specifically, I love ceretropic's Phenylpiracetam, but it looks like it may be the racemic mix.
Does anyone know? /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb?

In principle, I could. The S enantiomer is still active, and there is such a thing as too much phenylpiracetam. If R-phenylpiracetam has some unique and desirable dose-dependent effect, then I could see myself paying more for it.
But yeah, I figured it would be a cost issue. I was just surprised that no lab would make it at all.

There are certainly people that would pay it. The issue is that most people won't. I've tried to get labs to do enantiopure synths, and most just refuse, due to lower demand and increased cost/difficulty.
