Use of intranasal GHRP( growth hormone releasing peptides). A log of usage and instructions for how to make your own

So I recently became interested in GHRPs for their use in promoting the healing of tissues and sleep enhancement.I am coming off of a spinal surgery 2 years ago that really didn't do what I hoped it would, and I also have been battling an auto immune disease which has caused me chronic insomnia for the past two years.

I was mostly just researching them as I was not really interested in having to deal with needles or injections, that was until I came across an article that talked about the nasal delivery of the peptides and I decided that was something that I would be willing to do.

I obtained 5mg of GHRP-6 and made a solution of 45 mg NaCl(preservative), and 5 ml of H2O. All this was added to a nasal sprayer that delivers .1 ml per spray, so a total of 100 ug GHRP-6 per spray.

My reaction to the peptide has been immediate and overwhelmingly positive. The first thing I noticed was an increase in my desire to eat, as in an overwhelming desire to eat every possible thing in sight, which to me is a pretty good side effect because I have struggled to maintain adequate weight due to a restricted diet for my auto immune condition.

I suppose I will take this moment to promote what f…

After experiencing the difference with Noopept and P21, I'm convinced that there is a huge potential for intranasal applications, especially with sensitive molecules like peptides.

I think the next stage for some of these drugs would be eye drops. That's what Levi-Montalcini used with NGF for 50 years, and she died at 103.

We are going to be doing a lot of improvements on nasal application as well. There are some interesting strategies I have been researching on how to make the absorption more efficient and stable.

Eye drops are probably not going to go anywhere, as it is very inefficient. Also, irritating your nasal passages accidentally is a minor annoyance. Irritating your eyes can be very bad. NGF is one thing. However, trying to put some of these substances in your eye is not a good idea.

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

Noopept self-experiment: no effects

Replying to Lyle_Cantor · Gwern, have you done any experiments with Semax, P21 or any of the other ~~Russian~~ peptides?

Hey hey, P21 is not Russian!

Clearing nose with a cleansing spray drastically increases insufflation efficacy.

Replying to Debonaire_Death · Well, certainly not a cleansing spray like Xclear, which I am recommending! If you mixed your drugs in a cleansing spray, it would wash them out of your nose with all of your gunky

We made some a while back. I kind of just got sidetracked by other things. If people want them enough, we can certainly offer them. We have everything needed.

I spent 3 days dosing 50ml total of P21 solution through a nasal spray. Sunday, monday, and Tuesday.

Replying to Aket-ten · I'm still a bit confused on the actual benefits of P21, would you say it improves memory?

It promotes neurotransmitter synthesis and neurite outgrowth. So basically it can help repair damage in the brain, and enhance transmission between neurons. It acts on CNTF, whereas things like Noopept act on BDNF. P21,

Dipeptide analogs of piracetam, noopept, sulpiride,... exhibiting far superior potency and specificity to their putative mechanisms.

They are not talking about analogs of noopept. Noopept IS the analog they are discussing. The other compounds are not analogs of piracetam, either. They took inspiration from some of the functional groups, but they are V
