I tried insufflating noopept for the first time yesterday, and have to say I wasn't particularly impressed.
I was going to do it today, but my nose felt a bit stuffy, so I used a xylitol cleansing spray and blew my nose a few times, then tried it.
The effects are easily 30% stronger than they were yesterday, with entirely new effects, including hyperlocomotion, manifesting themselves.
I have also experienced this marked spike in efficacy when comparing the administration of P21 and NASEMAXA. Under five minutes of nose prep will lead to hours of better results.
Unless your nose is already squeaky clean, for some reason.

Well, certainly not a cleansing spray like Xclear, which I am recommending! If you mixed your drugs in a cleansing spray, it would wash them out of your nose with all of your gunky snot! I was using a cleansing spray before administering P21 and NASEMAXA, as well, and in those instances, too, it made a big difference.
I'd like to see Ceretropic develop a Noopept nasal spray, though. I imagine mixing it with a small dose of ALCAR would make it even more bioavailable. I know I've been bothering you a lot, lately, /u/misteryouaresodumb, but this really would be an amazing idea (I think ;) ). Try out the insufflation for yourself and you'll see what a difference it makes.
You could make it part of your nasal spray sampler :)

We made some a while back. I kind of just got sidetracked by other things. If people want them enough, we can certainly offer them. We have everything needed.
