S-Modafinil: shorter half-life might save the night

S-modafinil is supposed to have weaker and somewhat different effects: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3413742/ . But these may differ per person, hard to tell without trying. My main problem with Moda is half-life is way too long, it messes-up my sleep. S-moda half-life is supposed to be 3-4 hrs, but is there any way to get it? Also, does anyone have any human studies on S-moda specifically, published or otherwise?

It may be more expensive than making racemic moda, but the utility of a short half-life stim as smooth as s-moda would be off the charts. In short half-life stims theres really only caffeine, nicotine, sometimes ritalin etc which have their own drawbacks. In short, I and I presume many people would pay handsomely for a S-MODA synth. /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

It's still scheduled, so there is nothing I can do with the laws as they are written. DEA scheduled substances are not something to be messed around with.
