Sources for delta sleep-inducing peptide (disp)?

Anyone know if I can get my hands on this? If not, how much would it cost to get a sample manufactured (a la ceretropic)?

would the reason for it be related to the in vivo N-terminal acetylation of the peptides in general? because I don't think it would be possible based on the sequence of disp (which isn't even naturally in human tissue?)

No, I was confused by the naming convention used in all the studies. They list the sequence as N-Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu-C, which is a different naming convention than I am used to. That is apparently a biochemistry naming convention, where they specify which is the N and C termini.
If we were to acetylate the N-terminus on this peptide, it would actually change the binding affinity, because it would change the shape of the peptide structure.
