I have some concerns about an order I made with True Life Research, and would be grateful for any advice:
I ordered some NSI-189 from the vendor in January. No issues with the product, which I received promptly. But I got an email the day after I placed the order saying that the system had been down and my payment hadn't been processed. They asked me to make a second payment online, which I did. Their website now shows that I've ordered the same shipment twice.
I then got another email saying that the system had been down again, and the payment wasn't accepted a second time. I replied that I was nervous about my payment history showing multiple orders. (Their website shows my order history as separate orders for the same shipment, and one of them is listed as 'Payment accepted.)
I got another email suggesting I email them my credit card number for them to run manually. My bank advised against that. Then they said I could pay via paypal, but they've sent two different email addresses to make the payment to, neither of which sounds like a professional email (the most recent email is [email protected]).
Anyone have any similar stories, experience with this vendor,…

Have you figured out what is in the SNRB-MEGA? It's quite clearly effective in some regard from my bio-assay, but I would like to know exactly what is in it... also interested to find what is in some other things like SNRB-OX and HCTB-OX, but main interest is in this SNRB-MEGA since the effect is so pronounced.

We did not test that one. I sent the four ones that came up as Taurine to a lab to be GC/MS and NMR tested. However, we are still waiting on the results. The lab we use has been super backed up lately. We need out in-house NMR!
