Vendor reputation- True Life Research (teamtlr.com)

I have some concerns about an order I made with True Life Research, and would be grateful for any advice:
I ordered some NSI-189 from the vendor in January. No issues with the product, which I received promptly. But I got an email the day after I placed the order saying that the system had been down and my payment hadn't been processed. They asked me to make a second payment online, which I did. Their website now shows that I've ordered the same shipment twice.
I then got another email saying that the system had been down again, and the payment wasn't accepted a second time. I replied that I was nervous about my payment history showing multiple orders. (Their website shows my order history as separate orders for the same shipment, and one of them is listed as 'Payment accepted.)
I got another email suggesting I email them my credit card number for them to run manually. My bank advised against that. Then they said I could pay via paypal, but they've sent two different email addresses to make the payment to, neither of which sounds like a professional email (the most recent email is [email protected]).
Anyone have any similar stories, experience with this vendor,…

I have samples of pretty much every single one of their products. Some of them are flat out sketchy, with brown specks in the white powders. Others look legitimately like dried hash oil. I think that's the HCBT-OX, or similar retarded name. I am going to be testing all of them for identification and purity.
The owner is a nutjob. I've had many people send me copies of messages he has sent them. He seems like he is losing his mind, or has already lost it. He's even threatened to sue us moderators for defamation and libel. Dude is crazy. I would not touch anything of his with a ten foot pole. He'll probably say I am biased and lying, though, then threaten to have the State Department bombard my house with Predator drones.
So my personal suggestion: don't use TLR.
