What makes Ceretropic's Caffeine/NALT special?

Because it's ionically bonded would this not just disassociate in solution? At the moment it seems like this is just caffeine and NALT ions floating in water and PG. Would this be any different from just taking 200mg of caffeine and 200mg of NALT respectively?
Or is there something special about the ions of the two substances?

Humans are doubters by nature, no need to be upset about them.

I realized that later after I responded. I would be doing the same thing to a different company, if I was doubting things. It's hypocritical of me to hold it to different standards. I need to just let things go a bit more. I am too emotionally invested in everything.
