Just tested on a scale - my "10mg" noopept dose was 3mg

For a while I have been using noopept, but only occasionally as I never felt much of an effect. Today, I tested the "recommended dose," which was a tiny scoop that came with the noopept, that was supposed to contain about 10mg.
Apparently, a heaping scoop using the scale was actually only 3mg. The amount that "looked" the same in the scoop actually turned out to be a different weight each time, from 2-5mg. When I used an analytical scale to get 10mg and then I took that much sublingually I soon felt a weak stimulant effect. Taking more(up to 30mg) increased that effect.
So, it turns out I have been wasting my time taking low and inconsistent doses. Make sure you use a scale when you are dosing powders!

Everyone on this sub should own a scale. Estimating dosages is not accurate or safe.

This is why I have outright refused to give people scoops. It just promotes the idea that scales are not needed, which is not a safe stance to take.
