It's an H3 inverse agonist. Modafinil's wakefulness promotion are due to the same mechanism. So it will be like Modafinil, without the dopamine or liver interactions. I only tried a sample from a Longecity group buy, and did not give it much of a go. However, the mechanism is pretty cool.
