Proper usage of 200mcg Semax nasal spray?

So I got some Semax (not the NA spray, just the regular) yesterday from Ceretropic and I feel like I must be using it wrong. I definitely get a noticeable increase in focus and a very slight stimulation that goes really well with my armodafinil. But I feel like maybe I'm using it wrong. Both days I've had to go up to 1mg before I feel anything. I understand the effects are very subtle, but from what I've seen most people don't need to go up to 1mg.
Here's what I'm doing:

- Nozzle is going just about halfway up the lower part of my nose. Spray once or twice while inhaling very lightly.
- Hanging off the edge of my bed with my head on the floor for maybe 10 seconds. Read in another thread that this is a good idea. Seems to help.
- Both times I've taken a stim first (yesterday armodafinil, today caffeine/NALT+phenylpiracetam)
Any other tips? Any idea if it is beneficial to be doing both nostrils? From what I understand you don't need this stuff to start dripping down your throat, it j…

I take 1.2mg of regular Semax. Some people need higher dosages. The 200mcg is for people that like lower dosages. It all depends on brain chemistry. 1mg for you does not sounds strange at all. I use two sprays of the 600mcg version.
