What does lab based purity mean on nootropic websites?

how does one know that the lab test is real and that one can't just make a document and then put in the numbers? How are they verified?

Here is the spectrum. That batch we ran at Nootropics Depot's lab. I suppose you could call Seth and verify it if you want. For ones we have Colmeric do, you can call Colin to verify. He usually just gives a purity number, with no spectrum. I speak to him on the phone all the time about results, though. I must have spoken to him for over an hour on the Tianeptine Sulfate testing, since it was a brand new compound. We are also buying an HPLC next week. I was going to do NMR first, but decided that HPLC makes more sense for us right now; especially now that I hired someone that knows how to run it.
