Experience with Tianeptine

I recently purchased a bottle of Tianeptine pills that are 12 mg meant to be taken three times a day.
Due to the lack of experience reports on this nootropic, I have decided to document my experience.
It has been one week since I have started taking tianeptine. While it is suggested it be taken 3× a day, I have found that I sometimes have taken it twice a day due to my erratic sleep cycle as I work nights.
The first time I took a pill I did notice the similar effects that people report, a very mild calming sensation, alertness, and a boost of energy. These effects were subtle enough that if I had taken it accidentally I might not have noticed anything. I figured that the effects might have just been a placebo effect.
It was not until I started to come off it four hours later that I realized what I was experiencing early was an effect from the medication and not in my head. The feeling associated with coming down was a mild tingling in my chest area. It felt as one might feel as they are on a roller-coaster and about to drop. It was not uncomfortable, but it was noticeable. Upon taking my next dose these feelings dissipated.
Over the next four or five days, I noticed that…

This is not something like having cake. You can have good cake and bad cake. You can't have a good molecule and a bad molecule. Either it is the substance or it isn't.

Exactly. Unless there is a structural difference in the molecule, the effects will be the same. Tianeptine does not have any chiral centers, so it is not like Adrafinil; where the same purity powder can still vary a bit. If you have pure tested Tianeptine Sodium, it is going to be the same effects.
