Allergic Reactions

Has anyone experienced allergic reactions to some herbal nootropics? (Mainly fatigue, or possibly lowered ferritin levels from consistent allergic reactions)

For example:

* Ashwagandha
* Rhodiola Rosea
* Bacopa
* Turmeric/Curcumin
* Maca (gelatinized)

For everything except the gut, you just swab parts of your body.

Now, for the gut, it's the same as giving a stool sample. After going potty you, ah, wipe, then swab it, seal that in a tube.

Ok, that is what I thought. I could not find detailed instructions, though. Maybe they don't want cute little poop graphics on the site showing how its used.
