Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

They posted it up awhile ago, and with all of the fuss over P21, it seems to have been swept under the rug.

Has anyone tried it? Is it a good value? I tried to check the price but THT.co is down.

I'm interested in trying another CTNF-related drug, thought it might be worth a shot if there are any good reports out there, but everyone seems busy with GTS-21.

So that means THT is assuming we are going to inject it then?

THT isn't assuming anything. These are compounds for research purposes. You do what you want with them.

However, I do a hell of a lot more research and testing before okaying it for sale to customers.

Yes, as far as this is concerned (and I'm not a spokesperson for THT), they will likely stop selling products to individual customers, while instead focusing on labs and universities.

When selling a product to customers, it's up to the company to assess how that product will be used. Sure, you can fall back on "It's a research chemical" all you want. Legally that may have some weight. Morally it does not. They are selling substances as nootropics. The assumption to their customers is that those substances have nootropic qualities. If they are selling things that have no nootropic qualities in humans, but calling them nootropics, then they are harming the community as a whole. Selling an unmodified 4 mer peptide as a powder to customers, is obviously silly to anyone that knows about the pharmacodynamics of peptides. That's my point. The motivation is not efficacy, but novelty.

If THT is ceasing sales to customers, that is for the best. There is no shortage of new compounds and ideas out there. It's how we focus our efforts, and assess their efficacy, that is going to set the nootropic community apart from the RC community. That and recreation. But an uninformed person going on THT or TLR's site right now, will be bombarded by compounds with questionable efficacy and safety, with no indication of the risks involved.

Dipeptide analogs of piracetam, noopept, sulpiride,... exhibiting far superior potency and specificity to their putative mechanisms.

They are not talking about analogs of noopept. Noopept IS the analog they are discussing. The other compounds are not analogs of piracetam, either. They took inspiration from some of the functional groups, but they are V

Negative. This is a brand new peptide we developed with no human clinical research, or any research of any kind. It should be treated as a research compound, and should not be purchased based on anecdotal effect statemen
