Eating dark chocolate, how much is enough to have an effect?

How many squares of 85% dark chocolate would it take to produce nootropic effects, or would I need to eat a whole bar?
I feel really perked up after eating just 2 squares, but dunno if it's placebo.
PS. How does Theobromine compare to caffiene when it comes to stimulant properties ?

Isn't there huge memory benefits to eating cacao? I would have thunk that would have counted it as a noot of some sort.

Cacao intake is associated with reversal of memory loss in the elderly. However, it's not going to do anything noticeable for a young healthy person. Eat chocolate because it tastes good, not for a nootropic effect.
