Eating dark chocolate, how much is enough to have an effect?

How many squares of 85% dark chocolate would it take to produce nootropic effects, or would I need to eat a whole bar?
I feel really perked up after eating just 2 squares, but dunno if it's placebo.
PS. How does Theobromine compare to caffiene when it comes to stimulant properties ?

Sometimes I just have a little nibble. Other times I eat the whole bar. The effects are always satisfactory, because I just ate delicious chocolate. Nootropic? Nah.
