Question about taking sublingual Tianeptine

So I just received my liquid Tianeptine from Ceretropics. As it turns out, the dose is about half the dropper that it comes with, which is quite a bit of liquid. I attempted to hold it under my tongue/in my mouth but didn't make it very long, and ended up sort of half swallowing it (mixed with spit by then) and half spitting some out because the taste was so unpleasant. The taste is still in my mouth and not very enjoyable.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to better administer this? Is this my only option? I am not even sure how long I need to hold it there. I literally just ordered it and I doubt I can return it so I need to find a way to get my money out of this. Might get the powder and make pills next time but I have a whole bottle left.
Edit: I also read in another thread once that it was flavored...but this one just tastes like chemicals. Not sure if I got the "wrong" one or something?

I personally appreciate the elimination of any extras! I am trying this out for my IBS symptoms and so the less ingredients I have to worry about, the better. I do believe sucralose is FODMAP friendly but it may still be an irritant/inflammatory property for others.
Edit: Just double checked. Some lists say it isn't FODMAP friendly, some say it is...so who knows.

I would like to offer both. The issue is that the FDA might get upset at us offering flavor choices on the site for an unapproved drug.
