I ordered some L-Theanine with Caffeine capsules and for over 2 weeks now my order has been stuck in Arizona (UPS provided tracking, but the package hasn't moved since). I also have received no response form customer support yet (over 1 week).
Has anyone ordered there recently? If so, have you received your package? Thanks

USPS changed their tracking system recently. All First Class packages are now no longer required to be scanned. In fact, First Class international is now specifically instructed not to be scanned. We were even told that sometimes First Class packages just sit there for a while when routes are busy. They were like, "Ohh, yeah they can just sit in the bins for days when routes are busy. If you want it to go fast, use Priority." I think USPS is actively sabotaging themselves. They don't even guarantee that First Class packages will even get there anymore!!! "If it gets there, it gets there." WTF?!?
