I ordered some L-Theanine with Caffeine capsules and for over 2 weeks now my order has been stuck in Arizona (UPS provided tracking, but the package hasn't moved since). I also have received no response form customer support yet (over 1 week).
Has anyone ordered there recently? If so, have you received your package? Thanks

Yep i have had ND orders and ceretropic orders race across the Atlantic at much different speeds. They dispatched the same day and in the same city but one was nearly two weeks later then the other (you can shave off 3 days on that for customs hold but still)
USPS sucks.

International varies based on if the package gets stopped by customs. If they don't stop it, it gets there fast. If they stop it to inspect, then it takes longer. This is compounded if there are customs backlogs, or strikes. We can send two packages to the same international address, on the same day, and have them vary because of customs.
