Semax and libido

So I've been taking Semax (nasal spray version from Ceretropic) daily for approximately 2 weeks now in dosages of 600-1000mcg and I've noticed a decrease in libido.
Not sure if it's caused by Semax but I'll stop using it for now to see if anything changes.
Was wondering if any of you had similar experiences with Semax?

The difference is that Melanotan II is an agonis while semax in an antagonist, so it would reduce libiod (or atleast erections).

Yeah, that is true. MTII agonizes, while ACTH 4-10 antagonizes. For some reason I was under the impression that Semax activated the melanocortin system. Even though it only has ACTH 4-7, I would assume it's actions on the MC4 receptors would be similar to ACTH 4-10. Although I am having a hard time finding that info in the studies I have.
Do you have the study showing Semax, or ACTH 4-7, antagonizes the MC4 receptor?
